It’s a prize that’s worth over $750,000, and would blow any Extreme Makeover: Home Edition episodes out of the water. It’s HGTV’s Green Home, and it’s up for grabs in a contest going on right now. The house has already been stamped with a Platinum LEED certification as well as an Indoor airPLUS label, neither of which are easy to achieve.

It’s also been built with 30 additional green building design and construction features to make the home as environmentally friendly and energy efficient as possible.
